Scuba Oasis

Whether you have never made a boat dive or you have logged dozens, the PADI Boat Diver Specialty program can benefit almost every diver because different boats in different parts of the world do things differently.  This program familiarizes you with various ways you stow gear, enter and exit the water, use surface lines and more, depending upon the type boat and the location.

Prerequisites:

• Be 10 years of age or older

• Be certified as a PADI Open Water diver, Junior Open Water diver or have a qualifying certification from another training organization

Program Structure:

1) Knowledge Development

2) Open Water Dives - 2 boat dives which may be conducted in 1 day 
- 2D2N at Pulau Dayang, Malaysia
- 2D2N at Pulau Tioman, Malaysia
- 2D2N at Pulau Tinggi, Malaysia

Diver Certification:

After you have successfully completed the program, you will receive your PADI Boat Diver specialty certification.

Note: The boat dive from the PADI Adventures in Diving program may be counted towards the certification requirements for this specialty at the discretion of the instructor conducting the specialty program.

* There are special requirements for student divers who are 10 and 11- year-olds.
