| Emergency First Response |
|
The Emergency First Response program teaches people how to provide emergency care for someone in need. Comprising Primary Care (CPR) and Secondary Care (First Aid) skills, it is designed to help participants remember appropriate emergency care procedures, and encourage them to apply those procedures by assisting those needing emergency care. Available to both divers and non-divers, Emergency First Response is based on internationally recognized medical guidelines for emergency care produced through a consensus process of practicing professionals in the emergency medical field. This well-researched instructional design makes learning easy by providing a non-stressful environment in which participants practice and apply emergency care skills.
